Which countries do you ship to?

We deliver exclusively to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For now, please contact us for orders outside of this area.

What are the delivery methods?

All our deliveries are made by the Swiss Post. Orders over CHF 500 will be shipped as tracked parcel (with signature).

What is the deadline for delivery?

We do our best to send orders as soon as payment is received, but this could possibly take up to two days. In the standard version, the delivery time is 2 to 5 working days. For "express" deliveries on orders made before 4:00 pm, the package will be delivered the next day.

What are the shipping costs?

Delivery costs on histoiredeplaire.com website are free for "standard" deliveries. For an "express" delivery, a cost of CHF 8.00 will be charged.

How can I track my package?

As soon as your package is shipped from our warehouse and throughout the delivery, you can follow it instantly on the Swiss Post website, using the tracking link that will be sent to you by email. Also, you can track your package using the shipment number linked to your order, found in the "Order details" section located in your "My account" area then "My order history".

What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?

In case of absence during delivery, the delivery person will leave your package in the letterbox or leave you a calling card. Depending on the geographic areas, you can either reschedule a delivery or pick up the package at the post office indicated on the notice.

What to do if my package is damaged?

The ordering department of our online store executes your order with the utmost care. However, if your package arrives opened or damaged, you must file your complaint with La Poste. If the shipment is incomplete or incorrect, please contact us promptly.
