GENERALITIES
The present terms and conditions of sale and use apply at any purchase of products and/or services done on our website of Histoire de plaire (hereafter « we »), via the shop on line (hereafter « the website »).
The offer of products and services online are valid only the time they are visible on the website and in the limit of available stock. The pictures appear only for illustration and do not take part of the contractual conditions.
We decline any responsibility for possible errors or omissions linked to the drawings, images or schemas.
PRICES
The prices indicated on the website are exclusively in CHF (TVA included) and include also the anticipated recycling tax (TAR). They do not include the participation on fees for treatment and delivery which are added separately. All the orders have to been paid in CHF. We keep the right to modify the prices at any time, but the charged price to the client for the product to deliver is the one valid at the date od order and figures on the confirmation of order.
Otherwise, promotional discounts offered during special commercial actions can, except contray advice, be cumulative with other reductions. These promotional discounts are directly deducted from the amount of the order.
CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
The products and the published prices on the online shopping website constitute an offer. This offer is however always submitted to the condition (resolutory) that the delivery is possible and that the indicated price is free of error.
The contract is concluded as soon as the client validates the order on the website. The reception of the order is confirmed to the client by an automatic email and sent to the provided email address by this one. This automatic generated confirmation does not constitute a guarantee of delivery or availability. It is only an indication to the client that the contract is concluded, under reserve that the delivery is possible.
ORDER
An order becomes definitive only after acceptation by our company. The expedition of the order implies its adherence tot he present conditions of sale in their integrity, all other terms and conditions excluded.
We keep the right to refuse an order of a client.
PAYMENT
The charged price is the price indicated on the confirmation of order sent to the client. Excepting any particular indication, all the products and services are payable by the following bank/credit cards : Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, and also bank wiring and Twint.
All the transactions are concluded in a secured area, in accordance with the highest standard of security (https). The collected data by the website constitute the proof of all the transactions of payment concluded between our company and the client. The data collected by the system of payment constitute the proof of financial transactions.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS, GUARANTEE & CLAIMS
The client send the claims concerning defect merchandise and/or services directly to our company and adjust the details of procedure. The existence of such disputes does not untie the client from his obligation of full payment of the bill or the total amount of the dispute.
The client has to verify immediately the merchandise when delivered and any reserves and claims concerning eventual defects or non conformity have to be formulated immediately.
In general, incomplete, damaged, washed or dirty articles are not accepted. In case of returns and exchanges, the costs are the responsibility of the client.
