Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of your order, by Swiss post in standard shipping, using the label provided upon delivery. The postage date will be taken into account. The shipping costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.
Items cannot be deposited or exchanged in our stores. Items on sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
Items must be returned with the original label, intact and in their packaging. They must not have been worn, washed or damaged.
In order to return an item, you shall use the "return merchandise" option, under Your profile > Order History > Details
