You may return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it.
Conditions: the item must be unworn, unwashed, with its original tag and packaging.
How to proceed: an exchange is possible in store in Crans-Montana (the easiest option, especially for a question of size) or by postal return. Return costs are paid by the customer.
Where applicable, only the value of the goods is refunded; as delivery is free, no outward delivery charge is applied. A credit note valid for 6 months may be offered instead of a refund.
Sale items: these cannot be returned or exchanged (except for a defect covered by the legal warranty).
